Add it to Gmail

  1. Copy

    Fill in your details above and click Copy signature.

  2. Open signature settings

    Gmail → gear icon → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new.

  3. Paste and set defaults

    Paste with Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac). Under "Signature defaults", pick it for new emails and for replies.

  4. Save and test

    Click Save changes at the bottom of the page, then send yourself a test email.

Logo missing after you paste?

Some browsers don't copy the logo across. If yours shows a blank box or no logo, add it by hand:

  1. Download the logo below (PNG, 300 × 200 px).
  2. In the Gmail signature box, delete the broken image if there is one, and put the cursor where the logo goes.
  3. Click the Insert image icon in the signature toolbar, choose Upload, and select the file.
  4. Click the logo in the signature box and choose Small so it matches the team size.
  5. Click Save changes and send yourself a test email.

Don't change the fonts, colours or layout after you paste. If something still looks wrong, ask Xavier.
